Learn or improve the basics of calisthenics
During the Calisthenics basic class you will learn everything about the basic movements of bodyweight training (calisthenics). This class is best suited for beginners, because the basics are indispensable. Discover different ways of moving with, for example, the Squat, Push-up, Pull-up, Lunge and Hanging knee raises, which are some of the basic movements.
What the Calisthenics Basics class looks like
A calisthenics basic class, like all our lessons, is unique every time. After a joint warm-up, we will start with various basic exercises and variations thereof, during the class you will learn a lot about the correct form and progression points of the exercises.
You won’t get any complicated exercises during this class, which is ideal for anyone who wants to start with calisthenics.
At the end of the calisthenics basics class we do a workout together of 8-12 minutes, here you experience group sports even more clearly. We motivate each other and help each other to become the fittest and best trained version of ourselves!
Level: The Calisthenics Basic class is very suitable for beginners and for advanced practitioners a very good addition to other training courses.
