Learn iconic calisthenics exercises
Our Calisthenics Technique class has been specially developed for anyone who wants to learn the coolest bodyweight exercises. During a calisthenics class you will work with a group to, for example, learn the technique of specific exercises, there will also be an alternation between many and few repetitions, from light to heavy exercises and from explosive to controlled. The Calisthenics class is a very varied class full of challenges!
What the calisthenics technique class looks like
In the technique class you never know in advance what we are going to practice, which makes it surprising and fun. There is an alternation between, for example, the Handstand, the Muscle-up, the Frontlever, the Backlever, the Human-flag, the Dragonflag, the Planche, or other technical calisthenics exercises. We also regularly combine different technical exercises. Stimulating your body by doing new exercises in a group is what makes our classes so unique and fun.
At the end of the technique lesson we conclude with a wonderful workout, which is also always new and challenging. As a result, you always go home with a satisfied feeling.
Fun fact: By now 50+ Bodyweight members can use the Bar Muscle-up!
