Pure calisthenics strength training
The Calisthenics Reps and sets class is a group class that can best be described as an extensive basic training. During this class, increasing muscle strength is the main goal. The cooperation of multiple muscle groups is also greatly stimulated by performing varying calisthenics exercises for multiple sets and multiple repetitions. Because this is done in a group, you can go to the extreme every training.
The Reps and sets class is very popular among our athletes, and offers every workout enough challenge that you may get a healthy muscle soreness.
What the Calisthenics Reps & Sets class looks like
The lesson starts with a joint warming up, after which we will do various calisthenics strength exercises in groups. One by one, the coach explains the exercises and the participants get to work. The full hour is used to complete the wide variety of exercises and numbers of sets. Because there are also simpler versions for each exercise, every level can participate in this lesson. Due to the complexity of some exercises, some experience with our Calisthenics Basic or Calisthenics Workout class is recommended.
Level: Any level can participate in the Reps & Sets class, however some experience with Basic or Workout classes is recommended.
Ages: 14+
